Single Point Luxury Management specializes in non-rental, single-family luxury properties in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, in the state of Florida. Primary or secondary homes.


We operate as a dedicated management and oversight firm, not merely a maintenance provider. Our key differentiator is our 20+ years of construction and project management expertise, which informs every service, from Home Watch to Hurricane Preparedness. We don't just manage; we proactively identify and prevent issues, safeguarding your asset's structural integrity and long-term value. 


Yes and No. Our level of service and offering is the same for every homeowner. The customization comes in play with the level of involvement of the homeowner. We can be invisible with full delegation or completely visible with permissions.


Our price structure fully transparent. we collect a flat monthly fee for our service while all the recurrent vendors and contractors invoices are paid directly with a shared reserve account. (We work with a 10% of cost of work for non-recurrent vendors and subcontractor invoices)


Our Vendor Management Service is rigorous. Every vendor in our network is thoroughly vetted for insurance, licensing, expertise, and a proven track record in luxury properties. For any service required, we coordinate scheduling, manage their access, and perform post-service quality checks, ensuring only vetted, high-caliber professionals work on your home. 


Transparency and real-time communication are paramount. You receive detailed digital reports after every Home Watch or Vendor Management visit. These reports often include GPS-stamped verification and high-quality photographic documentation. For major services like Owner's Representation, communication is via personalized summaries, meetings, and a direct line to your dedicated manager. 


Our services are designed to enhance your lifestyle, whether you are home or away. Services like Maintenance, Repairs and Vendor Management run year-round, ensuring seamless efficiency and peace of mind, allowing you to simply enjoy your residence without the burden of day-to-day logistics. 


Our proactive approach minimizes emergencies, but when they do arise, we are prepared. Since we know your home's systems intimately through our Home Watch protocol, we can mobilize our vetted emergency vendor network immediately. For critical, covered properties, we act as the first point of contact to mitigate damage and coordinate necessary repairs without delay.
